MANSFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will begin August 1, 2024.

Students entering Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024.

Items needed for enrollment:

1. State Issued Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Immunization Records
4. Kindergarten students must have a Kindergarten physical. If your child has had a physical within the last two years, just bring us a copy of that physical.
